  • Do you work by appointments?
    Yes, you can schedule an appointment at our storefront or we will come to you if you need us to.
  • How much are your Headstones
    Headstones come in various sizes and colors and are price as such. Please give us a call and let us know what your preference is and we will assist you in your selection.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • Do you have a Payment plan?
    Yes, for Headstones, Caskets and Urns. We have Financing for those that may need assistance, 6 months - 3%, 12 months -5%, 24 months -10%. We can finance longer if needed, we have the lowest finance interest rates you will find with low monthly payments. Bad Credit we can help as well, we also have a Lay-away plan with 35% down 6 months 0% interest.   • Where are you located?
    Our home office is located in Corpus Christi, Texas and we have a storefront located at 3333 South Padre Island Dr. Ste 102. We just completed another location in Beaumont, Texas at 246 12th Street to better manage our customers along the Gulf Coast.
  • Do you ship Headstones?
    Yes, we will ship a Headstone to all 48 states with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. This will be at an additional cost.
  • Do you carry Bronze Headstones?
    Yes, we carry all types of bronze headstones with various designs, sizes and customization is available. Call us and let us assist you in your selection.
  • Do you communicate with the cemetery for your customers?
    Yes, we will communicate with the cemetery on the customer's behalf to make things easier for the family. We will also complete all permit requirements and abide by each cemetery's rules and regulations.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • Where do you get your Caskets from?
    We use the same distributors as Funeral Homes, we just don't have a large markup on our prices. And we provide the same quality as everyone else.
  • What are the store hours?
    Our store hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and you can contact us anytime and we will assist you with whatever your needs may be.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We serve the entire Gulf Coast from Lake Charles La. down to Falfurrias, Texas and up to San Antonio Texas. But we will go anywhere to support needy families that need our affordable service.
  • What are the prices for your Caskets?
    We locate our Caskets from the same place as Funeral Homes do; we don't have a lot of overhead, and we try to pass that savings on to the customer. Log on at www.lastingimpressmon.com and take a look. We try to keep the overall cost under $2k as much as we can.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
